You do not have to pay us any money, and at no point will you send payments for your real estate to us.

We make money from the commission of the real estate company, not from fees we charge you.

Now, if you want us to find a condominium outside of Davao City, say in Manila or Cebu, it seems only fair that we bill you for our travel expenses – but nothing more.

The actual real estate payments will never go through us, you’ll only send it to the real estate company.

You will always get an official receipt per payment, and the Philippine government always keeps an eye on things.

How much does this service cost?

If you buy a condo in Davao, you’ll never have to send us any money, the service is 100% free.

If you want us to travel to different cities to find real estate there, we’ll only charge you for the travel expenses.

What kind of real estate can I buy in the Philippines?

As a foreigner, you can’t purchase land or a house (technically). The only option is condominiums.

Can I visit the Philippines?

Not a problem.

You don’t need to apply for a visa in advance (usually, check online), you can get a 30 day visa on arrival.

Where in the Philippines can I buy condos?

Technically, you can buy them anywhere they’re being built, but we’d recommend you to stick to the big 3 cities of Manila, Cebu and Davao.

That being said, there are plenty of smaller cities such as Puerto Prinsesa or Butuan where real estate prices could be lower, with a potentially larger growth potential.
